Submissions

Submissions are open!

Submissions of full papers are accepted online through the EasyChair system.

• Please, prepare your paper in accordance with IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Papers not complying with the template will be immediately rejected.
• The paper should not exceed 8 pages of length. Up to 2 extra-pages are allowed but an extra fee will be required.
• The paper must report original research and should appropriately follow the purpose and topics of the conference. Contributions will be selected based upon their quality as evaluated by anonymous reviewers. Plagiarism check will be applied before sending the papers to reviewers.
• Once the paper is ready, it must be submitted to Easychair following the submission page.

All contributions finally accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings and made available in IEEE Xplore, provided that at least one of the authors has registered in time.
