Note about Covid-19

Dear participants,

We have been monitoring the situation evolving around Covid-19 closely and after considering the contingency and prevention measures that have been put into place, we decided that IEEE-EAIS 2020 will be a fully virtual conference.

We will be providing detailed information on the conference web site in the following days but can already inform about the following changes:

• Remote participation: We are working to put together technical infrastructure for remote presentations as well as techniques to maximize social engagement and encourage community participation. As travel is no longer required, we hope to reach a much wider audience.
• Registration fees: The registration fees have been reduced. Already registered participants will be refunded accordingly.

Of course all papers for which authors have registered will be included in the conference proceedings indexed on IEEE Xplore.

A virtual Presentation Attendance Certificate will be provided to all registered authors who will present their work.

There are several logistical issues that have to still be worked out and we would appreciate your patience and support while we come up with suitable solutions. All updates will be shared through email to authors of accepted papers and via social media.
